My eye doctor is a very strange woman. In our appointment, she told me how her first grandson, born a month ago, is named for Doc Holiday, told me I have a “cute freckle” in both eyes, complimented my “pretty retinas”, and congratulated me on getting me eye pressure lower.

No fever, mild body aches, coughing, sinus congestion, higher than normal fatigue, and a positive Covid test has revealed what is wrong with me currently.

I am frustrated. I can’t snuggle with Mac lest I get him sick, and I don’t want to run the risk so I’ve been masked up for over 12 hours now.
