Lician, Brian, and I went to Ehelnbach’s Cheese Chalet today and it was amazing! I mean, I was absolutely not fond of the ‘cheese fudge’. Cheese and milk chocolate is not a flavor combination that I enjoy. But! We did get an amazing applewood smoked butterkase cheese, a habanero jack cheese, and another that I can’t remember right now.

I finally gave Grandma Gator the cardigan I crocheted for her! I’m really happy with how it turned out and she loved it! I have to get up super, super early for my flight home tomorrow.
