I went shopping today, despite it being a seven day on the pain scale. I ached so badly last night, I woke up at two am and didn’t get back to sleep until five forty. Definitely harshed my mellow for the day, but I think I got through all right.

I’ve thrown up three times today. I don’t know if it’s stress or anxiety or being ill. I’ve got a headache too, but if I get any more hydrated, my eyeballs will float.
I’m crawling into bed and going to sleep.
