What does your ideal home look like?
My ideal home is one that is mine, paid off in full, in a northern climate.
How are you feeling right now?
Stressed, exhausted , pained, and despondent.
What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
Surviving. That’s all I’ve got right now.
What was the last thing you searched for online? Why were you looking for it?
Honestly, the last thing I googled was if spotting was normal after a Pap smear.
Which is a thing I had done today.
So I’m going to post panic attack crash.
What’s your favorite time of day?
My favorite time of day, right now, is evening. Late evening to be specific.
I like it when the sun has finally set and almost everyone is asleep.
What’s your favorite recipe?
My favorite recipe to cook is my stuffed shells. I have the recipe posted here.
My favorite beverage to make is called “Kiss the Floor”, in which it’s equal parts Zero Sugar Sprite and vodka, some blue raspberry martini mix, and a splash of grenadine.
My favorite thing to bake is soft and fluffy snickerdoodles!
At least two of my siblings would love for me to ship them some. Maybe I’ll do that this winter. Minimal baking while it’s still hot out.
Tell us about the last thing you got excited about.
At the moment? It’s a lovely little date night with Mac: Steak N’ Shake burgers for dinner, a trip to the local nerd haunt for some new dice, Ritter’s root beer flavored gelati, and a few hours playing Diablo IV with them.
💜💜💜

What do you love about where you live?
I like a few things about where I currently live.
It’s two hours or so from my hometown of Chicago. And is about three hours from my Papas’ house in West Chicago, or five hours the other direction to my bestie.
What I love, though, is the flowers that grow in the backyard, the tiger lilies and the teacup sized flowers that I don’t know the name of that grow along the fence running from the house to the derelict garage.
Living with my partner has many lovely moments. When we cook together and he laughs at my little happy dances I do when I get the seasoning right.
The family of bunnies that live in a little warren near the air conditioner in the backyard are adorable. Oh! And I love the massive, golden orb weaver spider that lives in the corner window of the back porch.
I love the cooling weather as we get closer to Mabon/the autumnal equinox.
So, yeah.
What positive emotion do you feel most often?
I’m not sure, honestly. Is creativity an emotion? If I had to pick from the “basic” emotions, probably amusement.
How do you plan your goals?
Since I’m terrible at setting and achieving goals, this is something I’m actively working on with my new therapist.
