I am fairly certain I have already answered this, but I’m going to update, change, or otherwise amend my response. My favorite thing about myself is my ability to change and remain kind. Compassion and adaptability.

I know that I answered this prompt previously, but I’m going to update my answer.

The most important things needed to live a good life are the following seven, in my opinion:

• Compassion, both self-focused and externally focused
• Your own space
• A decent social support system
• A place you can feel peace
• Therapy
• The ability to laugh
• Kindness, both self-directed and externally directed

I previously answered that my tagline would be “yarn-addled”. Right now, however, I think it would be “remarkably resilient, possibly unfortunately so”.

I fear instability most of all. I’ve not yet entirely overcome this fear; I am, as ever, a work in progress.

I want to talk to my brother, Mal. I’ll be seeing him late next month. He’s crap at returning phone calls, but that’s a known issue. Maybe I’ll try texting him Sunday.

If I’m traveling cross country, my personal preference is train. I know it takes longer, but I enjoy the journey just as much as the destination.

Well, when I’m in a manic episode, I am the most confident person I know. As to another person? Probably my partner, Mac.
