Pre-planning a Self-Love Exercise: Merry Month of May

I’ll be honest: I was going to put this off until June. But I need all the help I can get, and my therapist thinks this is a good idea so, here we go:

I’m going to be doing a blog entry a day, as per usual, but including a self-love journal prompt. And I’m going to publish these on the interwebs, which gives me no small amount of anxiety.
