Of Insurance and Insulin Costs

4 Months Without Insulin Approval from My Health Insurance

I’m frustrated with the American healthcare system. It’s so broken. And I’m trying to keep my chin up, but damn is it hard.

I really don’t have more words in me right now. I hope my friends and family in Florida get through the hurricane safely and that tomorrow is a better day than today.

Take your meds, folks.

3.25 Cups of Chicken Stock

1 Pound of Mushrooms

So, I really need to get to bed. But I made mushroom and onion soup and Caesar salad for dinner. It was delicious and took less than an hour.

Now, I overslept by an hour today, so I’m going to bed now.

Take your meds, folks.

The Crisis Hotline was less than helpful today. They hung up on me when I called. But I’m going to assume technical difficulties.

I’m still here. I’m taking my meds, reaching out to talk to people when I’m struggling.

That’s all I’ve got today.

Take your meds, folks.
