I’m really low on spoons right now.

My medication is going to cost me pretty much every penny I thought I was going to be able to build my savings on.

Hundreds of dollars, nearly a grand.

I don’t know where I’m going to get it.

I’m so stressed I threw up at work today. It sucked.

I’m going to bed.

Take your meds folks.
