What could you do more of?

Considering I’ve had two panic attacks today? I could relax more.

Try a grounding exercise-Like what are you interested in doing and then mentally tear it apart and rebuild it-Every time you start to stray back mentally to what is causing you stress, steer yourself back to that mental project. An example for me today was breaking down a drum break, what tools I needed and how to lay it out so I could reassemble it. Just use what you know and do all the steps, it is a wonderful exercise and it actually works. I wish you the best.
