Are there any activities or hobbies you’ve outgrown or lost interest in over time?
I don’t think I’ve outgrown anything over time, though I don’t cross stitch as frequently as I once did. Beyond that, I have many hobbies in which I frequently indulge.
Mac got me unwell. It’s not Covid, Flu A, or Flu B, thankfully. So it’s just some sinus fuckery with a cough? I dunno. All I know is my throat is raw from coughing. and I sound like a person with a three pack a day habit right now, hoarse as hell.
Describe your most ideal day from beginning to end.
My ideal day doesn’t start till 8 am or so, so I can sleep in. I’d spend the morning having some tea and breakfast. And then some reading or crocheting before a nap at noon. Back up around three pm, to play some video games, read, or do some more crocheting. Late lunch around 330, just something light like a cucumber sandwich with dill. Then some time spent with friends till dinner. And making dinner with friends or loved ones and breaking bread together before some more gaming before bed.
I felt relatively well rested when I pulled myself out of bed around half past seven this morning. High pain day had me going back to sleep around nine till noon.
What’s the thing you’re most scared to do? What would it take to get you to do it?
In all honesty, the thing I’m most scared to do is live alone. Being by myself with nothing but my own company is something I haven’t experienced since 1987 with little exception.
And the way to get me to do it would be money. I can’t afford to live on my own in this economy.
I made lo mein and pot stickers for dinner this evening. Both from frozen but it was delicious, if not really enough food. But now I want to make lo mein from scratch.
