I learned how to play Spades today!

It’s a game I’ve heard a lot about over the years, but never played. It’s fun and we had an interesting time playing with three, four, and five people. Giggle came over, so did my mother in law and another friend, and my amazing Wife made this fantastic Keto chicken enchilada bake.

I’m excited about the new adventure tomorrow. I even painted my nails with shiny clear coat for some extra umph of feeling spiffy.

I have gotta get good sleep tonight so I’m off to bed.

If it looks like I am avoiding the fact that it is Father’s Day, I absolutely am. I just don’t have the mental and emotional resources to deal with that right now so I’m just not going to.
