I slept in today. Woke up at 6:30 as usual, took my meds and went back to bed. I ended up getting about eleven hours of sleep in total. Hopefully that helps some of the sleep debt I’ve fallen into the last couple of days.
I have to go grocery shopping tomorrow for dinner. We’re having spaghetti and meatballs and I’m really looking forward to it.
I am not, however, looking forward to all the people. As a reward, In going to use the craft store gift card my Grandma Gator sent me for my birthday! I plan to pick up some sewing needles for my machine and thread so I can make my curtains soon.
I’ve been working like mad on Sparrow’s Seaside Blanket today. Almost four rounds of color done today alone. I think it’s going to end up being about sixty rows around, with the border.
The border! I’m so excited about the border. I’m doing the aptly-named Wave Stitch for it.
I think it’ll really jazz up the Seaside Blanket. And it’s a stitch I’ve never done before! I’ve looked up a few tutorials on YouTube. I think my biggest problem will be the decrease sections of the blanket. But I’ll make it work.
I think I may have overslept a little bit today. But at least I got sleep. I think depression is trying to creep in again. I don’t know.
Had too much sugar today so I have to take my insulin before I go to bed. Don’t forget to take your meds, folks!
