Well, I’ve got a migraine brewing. But I’ve taken excedrin at work and Imatrex once I got home. So hopefully that will keep it from kicking my entire ass.
Work was most excellent today. I still haven’t gotten caught up, but I don’t know if I’ll ever truly be caught up with the current work load. Maybe I’ll be a week behind and just need to make peace with that. I’m sure my fellow legal assistants are behind in their work as well.
I took the first scary step towards going back to college for my BAS in paralegal studies. I ordered a copy of my transcripts from HCC. My grades weren’t as bad as I remembered them to be. Not stellar, but I can likely bring it back up to a 3.0 at least to graduate in a bit.
Going back to school is a scary step, but one I look forward to… hoping I can afford it.
Anyway, I’m exhausted and my head still hurts. So I’m for bed as soon as I appease the Duolingo owl for the night.
