I am utterly exhausted. But despite going to bed an hour ago, I’ve not been able to fall asleep.
I kept having nightmares last night. And my jaw/face hurts. I just hope it’s not a bone infection.
I’m halfway through the week and can’t wait for tomorrow. I get so see Cleo again and hang out with them at their place.
I’m going to try listening to a wind down video or meditation on YouTube.
