I’m in the process of turning a mass, 200 page, hard bound sketchbook into a hard copy of my Book of Shadows. I guess 2020 is the Year of the Witch for me.

I’ve only gotten the book blessing done yesterday, and one page of basic info down today, but they’re both looking lovely.

I’ll be incorporating a lot of florals into it as I love drawing them.

In other news, I’ve got to work more on turning the breakdown into an actual book. Maybe that will be a February project.

I’m keeping busy, right now. About to start reading Little Women starting tomorrow. That’ll be my seventh book so far this year. I still need to review A Study in Charlotte, which, honestly, I didn’t enjoy.

Today, I had Joy and J over and we watched the movie Burlesque. It’s a campy, glitzy musical and one of my favorite modern musicals if only for the costumes and super sassy dance numbers.

We did tarot readings and I had Taco Bell. All in all, a nice day.

After Joy left, I was craving chocolate so we dragged a willing J to the local pub place for some boneless wings and a slice of chocolate cake.

I forgot, in my finite wisdom, it was Sunday and that means American Football everywhere. Oh well. Maybe they’ll put a soccer game on during the next World Cup!

I have work tomorrow and should try to get a good night’s sleep.

Take your meds, folks.
