Work went well. I got a small but appreciated raise. And my medication is again cost-prohibitive. A grand for my blood sugar med. today has been a mixed bag.
It’s only eight o’clock and I am already in bed. I tried to watch tv. Couldn’t keep focus. I tried to take a shower. Hot water ran out two minutes in so a scrubbed and dashed out. Tried to listen to music and couldn’t keep my mind from doom scrolling.
I’m just… like a bunch of dropped grains of rice tonight. Scattered.
I wrote a very little bit. I crocheted even less, except for my lunch break.
I’m going to bed.
