Mellon is coming into town for Thanksgiving with the Papas tomorrow night. I’m so excited that we’re going to see one another twice in one week.
I work tomorrow and my sibs are going to stop by my job in the afternoon to grab my mother’s new to her Kindle that I’m gifting her. Since I have the new tablet, Thalia, I don’t currently need a separate Kindle and a tablet.
I’m currently working on getting at least another row down in Mellon’s Mystery Machine Mosaic Blanket. I’ve also got some flapmittens and a shawl on my hooks right now, as well as J’s wrap on my knitting needles. All the crafts! Weaving in ends still is one of my favorite parts of making something. I dunno why.
Work was me drowning in Santa Claus outfits today. So much dust, ugh. But I’m glad to get them where they need to go, even if it means hauling it downstairs.
I can’t wait to see the Papas again on Thursday. Papa B says that he’ll remember not to call him “Stephanie”. Heh. I hope they don’t give him the third degree too badly.
Mellon and I are going to cook together on Friday night and I am super excited for it.
Anyway, I’m off to crochet and appease the Duolingo owl before bed.
