I napped today. I meant to go do laundry, but it was cold and I wasn’t feeling well.

I think I overdid it physically this weekend. I didn’t sleep much and have basically been going non-stop since Wednesday last.

I should reframe it as self-care rather than being a lazy bump on a log. I do no one any favors if I’m sick.

I’m going to play Pokémon and talk with Mellon via video chat.
