15 Pizza Hand Pies Made
I made pizza hand pies for dinner tonight. Overfilled some of them, but no regrets.
It was just circles of pie dough that I cut out, filled with shredded mozzarella cheese and diced pepperoni slices. I brushed them with a spiced egg wash, too. With garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper. We dipped them in some pizza sauce to finish them.
Spent most of my day worrying about my car, to be honest. The repair place wants me to bring it in on Tuesday so they can take her apart and see how bad the damage is. I’m hoping it’s mostly superficial…. Minus the missing rear bumper.
I’m trying not to worry. I am. It’s not working well.
I have work very early tomorrow, so I’m going to head off to bed.
