I am in pain, layers of pain. Like a pain parfait, but without the enjoyment of it.
Yesterday was hell. Like one of my lowest points in a long time. I wanted to die. Actively wanted to just stop existing.
But I got home safely, made dinner, took my meds. It was so hard though. I was just so sad.
I am a little better today, but not by much.
