2 Slices of BBQ Chicken Pizza Eaten
I learned something new today! My stomach does not like barbecue sauce on pizza either. Right now, my acid reflux is bubbling up my throat and making it decidedly uncomfortable to be me.

I can’t seem to shake this headache. I’ve had it since yesterday afternoon.
I know it’s not from lack of caffeine or water. If I got any more hydrated, my kidneys would float! I think I’ll try taking more ibuprofen when I go to bed, see if that helps.
In better news, my diabetes is officially under control with meds and the dietary changes I’ve made! My A1C, which was a 10.3 in April, is down to a 6.8! I still have to take my meds and watch what I eat, but now I know I can effect positive change on my life. It’s not yet more lost weight, but it’s a damn good start.
I’m going to go practice on Duolingo and maybe read some? I’ve been wanting to catch up on my #200Book Challenge.
Take your meds, folks!
