I’m exhausted. I had a panic attack after work today. Not fun.
I’m curled up in bed with Spock at my feet. It’s nice and chilly in my room and the wind is howling outside. It is Imbolc, Halfway between winter solstice and the spring equinox! It’s the informal start to spring. There are still cold days to come, but they will get warmer as we go, more and more light in our daytime hours!
I’m not doing great mentally. And I just don’t hAve the spoons to go into it.
I’m going to bed.
