The a/c unit is on the fritz again. It’s almost ninety in here. Ugh.
I’ve got a massive headache and I am very frustrated. I’m going to bed early to get up and take a cold shower before work.
However, I do want to discuss that I’m taking a step back from a certain popular social media site and taking a break from several “friends” on there for sake of my mental health. Twitter is still a safe space for me. But the book of faces? Not so much.
I thought I had boundaries set up. The panic attacks and nightmares are back. It’s awful.
It’s so hot. I’m going to get an ice pack and some water to drink.
