I have a new recipe that Bill6 introduced me to: slow cooker white chicken chili.
It’s super simple, but maybe I’ll make it this month’s full moon recipe? Or save it for next year’s lineup? Not sure yet, but it was really quick, simple, and easy.
J, Gwen, and Bill6 came by today. We went through all our various wardrobes to clean things out. I didn’t get rid of a whole lot, but I got rid of some things.
We mulled cider in the crock pot, too. First time in probably a decade since I’ve done that!
I took Spock to the vet at the local Humane Society this morning. He charmed the daylights out of the vet tech who dealt with him. He was such a good boy and got plenty of love and treats when he got home and safely out of the carrier.
Cleo is coming over tomorrow! I am super excited to see them again. She’s bringing the ingredients to make a Loaded Baked Potato Soup. Mmmm!!!
Anyway, it’s after ten and I’m exhausted. I’m going to bed.
