13,344 Days Alive
2 Classic Movies Watched
1 Nice, Relaxing Sunday
I ran out of silver yarn for the Turquoise Throw I’m making! I thought I had more of it. I guess I’ll have to dig through the scrap pile and see if I have any there.
I spent most of the day with darling Reffie today. She made me breakfast, as J neglected to eat any like the paragon of brilliance I am at times, and we watched a few movies.
Specifically, we watched Dirty Rotten Scoundrels from 1988 and The Harvey Girls from all the way back in 1946. They were both good movies, but you can slap me in front of most any classic musical, like The Harvey Girls, and I’ll be a happy bird.
Reffie made this awesome soup that I have to get my hands on. It has potatoes, kale, beef, and chorizo in it and it’s delicious!
I made it home just before dark. Mentally and literally. I spent the day with awesome people both today and yesterday and yet I still feel… depressed? Down? Off kilter? I dunno.
I’m off to bed for now. The brain gremlins are getting loud again.
Oh, and freaking Bob Saget died today. He was five years older than my mother is now. Tragic.
Take your meds, folks.
