I’m still struggling mentally and emotionally. I’m still absolutely exhausted. But I took the day off today, even without PTO.

I needed sleep. I needed rest, a chance to take breath from work stuff. I don’t know why it all came to a head yesterday, but I was in a bad, bad place.

I’ve got a headache and more need for sleep, so I’m for bed.

Take your meds, folks.
