1 More Day at The Grocery
Tomorrow is my last day at the grocery store. I trained one of the new people today and it was… exhausting. I just wanted to come home and crash but I couldn’t.
I made a brown sugar and spice rubbed pork loin into some pulled pork last night in the Instant Pot. I reheated it in a tin foil tent in a low oven this evening. I also made some Parmesan air fried broccoli to go with the pulled pork sandwiches.
I’m almost done with an ebook, and need to drop off some books at the library to return them.
I’m tired and hurting. Off to medicate, meditate, and sleep.
