1 Massive Pot of Turkey Chili Made
I finished my homework before eight pm today. I am rather proud of myself for it.
I made turkey chili for dinner. Spock was happy because the shredded cheese bag made an appearance and he got some.
I’m sure everyone has their own set chili recipe, but this one seems to be Mac’s favorite. Start with a pound of ground turkey and one diced yellow onion in a Dutch oven. Once they’re all nicely cooked through, toss in the following: 2 cans Rotel, one can of regular diced tomatoes, one can of drained black beans, one can drained sweet corn, about two to four tablespoons of chili seasoning mix depending on what you use, two tablespoons of tomato paste, 2 teaspoons salt and pepper, and a heaping tablespoon of beef or roasted vegetable better than bullion. Stir together and let it cook for at least fifteen minutes. That’s it!
To kill some of the heat after, I had a few sour skittles.
Anyway, I have to work tomorrow so I’m going to head to bed.
