Had therapy today. Didn’t feel too great before it and felt even worse after it. I tried doing art or playing video games to distract myself. It didn’t work.
I’m tired of things being so difficult. It’ll get better, I know. But I feel like Im fighting an uphill battle right now and it’s exhausting.
