1 New President-Elect!
Trump lost the presidential race but still refuses to concede defeat. I’m elated that Biden won, but I am terrified for the harm the Orange Menace could inflict in the next eleven weeks.
In other news, I almost doubled my word count today after not getting but a scant few new words yesterday. Over seven thousand words! Nowhere near the 12k I wanted to get to today, but some progress is better than no progress.
I just feel like I’m phoning it in today. I slept late, had to take a nap to combat an oncoming migraine that has since abated, thankfully. And I’ve crawled into bed already for the night.
My Duolingo streak is impressive and I’m getting to the point in Esperanto that I finally feel comfortable with the basics.
I’m going to get up early tomorrow and write. So I’m off to bed.
