I made bacon Mac and Cheese for dinner today. Not too rich, as I used both heavy cream and milk to make the roux.
It was literally too cold to go outside today, so work got cancelled. It’s sucks because I really needed the money, but it was almost negative thirty. As in thirty degrees below zero. Fuck waiting for the bus for half an hour in that!!
I do have to go to work tomorrow. I am hoping this Siberian cold front has moved on by then because I have to go to work. Not optional. No matter what.
Anyway, I started my cycle again today and I absolutely hate it. I’m cramping and craving and in pain.
I’m just going to cuddle my heating pad and go to bed.
