So, Mellon’s friend Bo has a wife, who I will call Mae. She’s a really crafty, kind woman who is a voracious reader.
Mae lent me the first two books in a series she recommended for me. I thought that was pretty damn cool of her. It’s a series written by Tate Hallaway, an aka for fiction writer Lyda Morehouse. The first book is Tall, Dark & Dead. It’s a romance, but I’ve been devouring books lately.
I’ve been super depressed lately. Barely able to function, barely able to blog. I’m trying. I have next weekend’s road-trip to look forward to. And my birthday the Wednesday after that.
Speaking of Wednesday, I have a doctor appointment this Wednesday morning before work. I’m nervous as I’m still not able to afford insulin and I’m afraid my sugars are running too high.
Anyway, I’m going to go watch some Queer Eye and crochet some more on Junior’s Blanket.
