13 Skeins of Yarn Pulled from the Stash

I am not as tired as I could be. With it being Labor Day, In had today off! That was nice, as I was up past three a.m. cleaning, sorting, purging, and organizing my belongings.

I still need at least one good sized bookshelf because I want more books and I have a lot of sketchbook and a lot of art supplies that won’t fit in the single tote that I have. I also need some sort of solution for the yarn storage. I think I have that figured out, but it’s just a matter of being able to afford it.

Right now, I am debating between music and putting on some inane show while I work on the first couple rounds of a granny striped crochet rug for my room. I’m leaning more towards a short show rather than a movie or music, just so I can kind of better keep track of how long I’ve been crocheting and when I should go to sleep.

I’m hoping to hear back in the affirmative from the company I interviewed with on Friday afternoon. So, cross all the things and wish me luck. I really need some positive change.

My youngest brother turned twenty six today. I literally remember his birth, mom’s PPD, and holding him for the first six months of his life because mom couldn’t. I hope he’s doing well.

I’m going to go play with yarn.

Take your meds, folks!
