We were actually able to get the living room under control today. Meaning: that we unloaded everything off of the metal shelf in the corner, moved to the shelf, and then slowly put everything back. Oh, and shoved the couch, armchair, both end tables, and the television into place.
It was an exhausting afternoon, but productive enough that I don’t feel bad for having done it. I hope that tomorrow is a little easier on me because I am in pain.
I also need to get a whole bunch of homework done tomorrow. I’m a little behind on my math class and I really wanna fix that. Biology is doing pretty good. I also have a 10 AM phone meeting with my advisor. Apparently, the last three I’ve had have all left the college. I don’t really care honestly, after Emily, the first one who was supposed to be my academic advisor, it kind of went downhill. The second one was just not communicative at all and then she left. The one that I just had, I kept playing phone tag with and would never seem to be able to get a hold of her. The new academic advisor said that she is no longer with the college.
we need to get some light shades for the two lamps we have in the living room. Amazon or Goodwill will probably be our best bet. I’m just hoping that neither of the cats get a thought in their idiot heads to knock the lamps over. I also hope that we finish getting the living room set up and all of the yarn out of the middle of my bedroom floor.
I have a meeting tomorrow via telephone with my academic advisor at 10 AM. And then I have a work video conference at 4 PM Eastern. Hopefully neither of them will take very long.
I think I’m going to head to bed and try to get my body to stop throwing a bitch fit.
