We finally got the entertainment center into the apartment today! Out of my trunk and down the steps without injury. A lot of cursing and three stops to be able to breathe, but no injuries.
I am so happy with this Facebook Marketplace find. It was only $25!!! And the heating element part of it, that doesn’t have to be on when the fake flame is, works as well! I am super jazzed about it.
Tomorrow would have been Valerie’s 44th birthday. And the 20th would have been Daddy’s 65th. Not a great couple of weeks.
Anyway, I am exhausted, in pain, and only slightly dreading my trip with Lucian to go see my middle younger brother. Phoenix is leaving Chicago to go move to one of the corn states to live with his fiancé gal.
I’m off to bed.
