I think I forgot to take my morning meds today. I’m not sure, though. I need to find my pill organizers and use them more often.
I’m usually pretty good about taking my morning meds. But I didn’t sleep well, or at all really, last night. So I read. Some cheesy bodice ripper I didn’t have to engage my brain in order to enjoy. Might have read too much, though. By the time I got to sleep, after seven a.m., my eyes hurt.
It’s the Cold Moon tonight. The last full moon of the year. No witchy plans or anything, but at least acknowledging it.
Once I have vision insurance again, I’m going to get my eyes checked and get new glasses with blue light blocking. That will help avoid eye-strain headaches.
My friend/chosen family person is out of hospital now, thankfully. It always comes in threes, I swear.
I made a quick Alfredo sauce from scratch and tossed in some egg noodles for dinner. Better than nothing! But I can’t wait till I can afford groceries again. Ugh.
Anyway, that’s pretty much all I have to say tonight.
