4 Vials of Blood Given at the Doctor’s Office

1 Tetanus Shot Received

I went to the doctors today. My anemia is really acting up and I may have to get infusions. Thankfully, I’m across the street from the local hematology oncology office when I’m at work. so that should make things a little easier.

My doctor really listens to me. He’s upped my pregabalin to 75 mg twice a day rather than 100 mg once a day. And my A1C is down from 9.7 to 8.0. Not quite where we want it, but I’m working on it. I also have a new med to help with my hormonal issues caused by my PCOS.

I went to the library after my doctors appointment, and after giving four vials of blood for more testing. Picked up two fiction books, one play, and a book on mathematics. Since I am trying to get back into school, I figure every little bit helps.

It should only be a day or two more before I hear back from Financial Aid regarding taking classes this term. Thankfully, I may have other resources. I can tell if the need arises.

I’m looking forward to my trip in June. It’ll be a week before my birthday and I’ll be able to see all my family and Reffie!

My therapist had to reschedule again. Poor It’s storming out pretty badly and I love it. I’m going to bed.

Take your meds, folks.
