98/100 on This Week’s Assignment

1 Week Since I Last Picked Up a Crochet Hook

I haven’t really crocheted at all this week. Most of my “free” time was dedicated to school work, sleep, or just existing in a pain/brain fog double punch due to a fibro flare. It kinda sucked.

However, I did get my first graded assignment back. The instructor gave me a 98/100. For some reason, I missed a single point?? It was technically 49/50, but it’s graded at the hundred point level. None of their feedback was negative, so I do not know what I missed. However, I should just be content with an A. It’s still an A and a high A at that.

DW explained that the instructor themselves may not give out perfect grades at all to avoid looking like they just skimmed through the assignment. Which, as someone who used to do grading of assignments, I totally get. But I’m still sad I didn’t get a perfect score and I don’t know what I can do to improve next time. But again, it was one damn point. I don’t know why I’m so fixated on this.

Moving on!

I have a write in tomorrow, online, with the 221B crew on Discord. And at five I have a video chat with Leo planned! Weather and internet connection permitting, of course, because there may be some massive ass storms hauling through our area. Might also get some laundry done, once Tom has his clothes through the wash.

I found my old Stack Skills account earlier this week. I still have the ASL course that I purchased through them available to me. I might use that here soon, if my coursework isn’t too overwhelming.

I had therapy with Jennifer last night. It was really nice. Like, I didn’t dig through heavy stuff and simply celebrated my current goal achieving.

I’m off to appease the Duolingo owl before bed.

Take your meds, folks!!
