Boy, oh boy was today productive. I got some writing done, at least, but seemed to find everything but writing to do as well.
I slept in till 8:30 today. Started my day with some everything bagels! They were delicious. I swung one fifteen minute sprint with a Twitter friend but didn’t get anywhere near where I wanted to. Maybe tomorrow I can catch up.
I knocked out two and a half loads of laundry this morning and afternoon. Burned my fingertips on some fresh from the dryer clothes, too.
I made my Beef and Sweet Potato Chili today and it was a hit! I can’t wait to have some of the leftovers tomorrow. The only tweaks to this recipe were that I used the Beyond Beef crumbles instead of red meat and I halved the recipe because of the size of my crock pot and household.
I also had a nice cup of tea today. The weather wasn’t cold or anything. I just felt like having tea.
Sparrow came over after they got off work today! They finally got to take their Seaside Blanket home! They loved it and I’m so glad. As I love my quilt, I’m happy to have made something someone else can enjoy.
I’m working on the border of Baby Bubble’s blanket now. I don’t know if it’ll be perfect, but I hope she’ll like it.
Haven’t heard much from MJ lately. We spoke vis text earlier today but between work and his not feeling well, I don’t want to be a bother or anything. So I don’t reach out all that much beyond a twice a day check in to see how he’s doing. Hopefully that doesn’t come across as intrusive.
I have a lot of writing to do tomorrow. And I need to be up early to do it, so I should go to bed.
