So, my arm hurts like hell. Tender to the touch at the injection site. But I’m glad I did it.
I didn’t sleep well last night. Nearly overslept today and was barely in time for work only to be unable to clock in due to a technical issue.
Today was just a day of noise and technical difficulties. I’m a little frustrated. But things will get better.
I’m going to try and get some sleep. I just can’t sleep on my right side because of the damn injection. How inconvenient.
I still haven’t started the genogram for therapy yet. Or the unsent letters. I’ll get there. Just… not tonight.
Just gotta keep reminding myself “Strive to be happy.”
