I took Mellon out on a date tonight. It was so much fun. We went to one of their favorite pizza places, a tavern called Barnaby’s.
Then we got a little sweet treat for dessert: some ice cream. Ignore the fact it’s winter and forty something degrees out. I wanted ice cream. So, on my limited dime, I treated us.
Then we came back to the house and played some Stardew Valley! Mellon bought it for me on the Switch, so we are able to play together.
I’m still… struggling. Life isn’t perfect. But if I can find the bright in the dark, things will eventually be okay.
I’m going to head to bed.
