2 Pancakes Eaten

We went to IHOP for lunch today. I behaved, mostly, but I did use sugar free syrup on my two pancakes. I didn’t get the seasonal flavor because it had tons of sugar.

I’m not doing too great mentally. I’m tired of being in pain. So very tired. But I have to just keep going.

My hands hurt too much to crochet today. And we cleaned the bedroom which was a lot of bending over and my lower back is now unhappy with me.

I’m going to go read some trashy fiction and try to figure out my life or something.

Take your meds, folks.
