1 New Medication to Start This Weekend

I’ve got a new mental health maraca (read: medication) to pick up tomorrow after work.

I’m up to writing Chapter 11 for Crows. But now I have to find a beta reader for the next few chapters. I can’t ask my current one because their life is currently… troubled. Mostly by other people’s idiocy throwing meteorites of vexation into their galaxy, but still. I can’t bring myself to go “I know you’ve had like five catastrophic events in the last month, but could you read this for me?” Well, I could but I’d feel like a complete shitheel for it.

And because it’s a Harry Potter fanfic, from which JKR makes no money, it’s a point of contention between a few writer friends and myself that I’m even writing it. I’m also working on a Star Trek: Kelvin Timeline fic and a Labyrinth one. Oh, and an original fiction novel.

I’m going to go destress a bit, read another chapter of Assistant to the Villain.
