I’ve been having one of those days where reality doesn’t quite seem to be fitting what I need to accomplish.
I keep meaning to rearrange the furniture in the living room. I haven’t yet gotten around to it because between being in pain, work, and school, I never seem to have time for anything else. I hope that I can accomplish some things tomorrow because I feel very behind.
I made turkey taco soup for dinner this evening. I used the rice cookers cake setting to make a corn spoon bread or corn cake or whatever you wanna call it. It was a 15 ounce box of cornbread mix, a can of creamed corn, 2/3 a cup of milk, an egg, and about a tablespoon of sugar. I haven’t really used a rice cooker before to make anything like this. Or at all really. I did use the Insta pot for the turkey taco soup, though it was so good.
I am absolutely exhausted. I think my idea to read and then pass out is just gonna end up being me passing out here soon.
