Despite being in a level seven pain cloud and being at a level six discomfort level, I managed to get a lot done today!

I didn’t sleep the day away. I managed to take my meds and get out of bed before noon. I got a lot of writing done at the weekly Discord write in on the 221B channel. I even started my fall laundry! It’s a lot that’s been sitting in a laundry basket in the corner, waiting for the chance to be worn again as the weather gets cooler.

In other news, more crochet-focused, I’m still working on Xypher’s Rainbow Round Ripple. It’s slowly getting bigger and bigger. I really like the color way, Gnome, that I’m using but hells bells do I wish it were a higher gauge. It’s a three weight yarn, light or almost sport. But I’m working this project with a 5.0/H hook. So the fabric it makes is not too dense, but it is pretty solid.

Mentally, I’m not ready for the work week or for all the stress thereof. But all I can do is keep going because bills have to be paid and both Spock and the humans need food. Just keep swimming, just keep swimming….

Oh, and bonus fuckery: I have to have a pelvic ultrasound on Thursday. And can’t see my therapist until the seventeenth due to her being away at a conference this week and busy on Friday the next week. Oh well, at least I’m still seeing her and finding use in our sessions.

Anyway, I’m for bed.
