2.7 Lbs of Chuck Roast Turned into Stew Meat
I finished up this week’s homework today. I even did the extra credit for fun.
I finally made the beef stew for dinner tonight. Much later than I anticipated doing so, but the extra credit took me almost a full forty-five minutes to actually write.
I actually managed to crochet this evening. It’s been an uphill battle for me to actually do anything relaxing. Like, reading has been hard, crocheting has been hard, even just existing has been difficult.
I am doing my best to just keep going. I have my first therapy appointment with my new therapist, Lee. She’s an art therapist. I am hoping that she is a good fit for my needs. I should set some goals for with this provider.
My back still hurts, as well as my left hip bursitis. But all will eventually be well. Or I’ll fall apart like an old car.
Anyway, I’m going to try to relax a bit.
